The Hebrew University was proud to be a partner in the Israeli Presidential Conference 2011 entitled Facing Tomorrow and which dovetailed with the University’s 74th annual Board of Governors meeting. The Presidential Conference was an extraordinary event, drawing hundreds of participants from all over the world who attended plenary sessions, panels, master classes and roundtables featuring international leaders in numerous fields, including many Hebrew University faculty members. A centerpiece of the Presidential Conference was the University’s unprecedented exhibit The Hebrew University Lab: Research Today for a Better Tomorrow, which attracted a wide range of visitors who were happy to engage with Hebrew University faculty — and their students — whose discoveries and developments are expected to have a major impact on our future.
